Mughayyir Clash Leaves Palestinians Wounded as IDF Cites Stone-Throwing

Palestinian outlets reported several injuries during a confrontation in al-Mughayyir east of Ramallah, while the IDF said troops entered after a report of a confrontation between Palestinians and Israelis. The army said Palestinians threw stones at Israelis, then masked Palestinians used slings against troops; soldiers dispersed the riot, entered a home where stones were being thrown, and fired at one suspect to remove the threat. Palestinian reports said one man was hit by live fire, two by rubber bullets, a child by a stun grenade, and one person was detained. Israeli security forces did not report Israeli injuries in the initial statements cited by the sources.
