IDF Soldier Arrested After Military Grenades Found at Bat Yam Home

Police and military investigators arrested an IDF soldier from Bat Yam after a search of his home uncovered military ammunition and grenades. The operation was conducted jointly by Glilot police, the Yarkon District crime-fighting unit and the Military Police special-investigations unit. Tel Aviv District bomb-disposal officers examined the seized weapons at the scene. Police said the Military Police will continue the investigation; authorities did not announce any charge against the soldier or disclose the quantity and types of grenades seized.
