Israeli security forces arrested 14 suspects after a months-long investigation uncovered a network allegedly smuggling dual-use materials into Judea and Samaria for terrorist organizations. Investigators say an Israeli citizen and several Palestinians moved goods worth millions of shekels, some of which reached terrorist groups and were used to make explosive devices that harmed security personnel. Eight suspects were detained earlier, and six more were arrested during the overnight overt phase near Jericho, Ramallah and Jenin. Forces seized about 175 kilograms of suspected bomb-making material, and police said the investigation remains active with further arrests possible.
