Man Killed After Entering Rail Tracks Near Kfar Baruch

A man around 40 was killed Wednesday after being struck by a passing train near Kfar Baruch in the Jezreel Valley. Magen David Adom received the call at 10:43, and medics found him with multisystem injuries, attempted resuscitation and pronounced him dead. Israel Railways said the man entered the track area at Migdal HaEmek-Kfar Baruch station contrary to instructions. The incident caused delays and service changes on the Valley Line between Beit She’an and Atlit; initial reports identified him only as a man around 40.
