Math Teacher Arrested on Suspicion of Raping 12-Year-Old Student

Police in Tel Aviv arrested a math teacher from Lod in his twenties on suspicion of raping a 12-year-old student at a high school in the Tel Aviv area. Investigators at the Tel Aviv North station opened the case in recent days and obtained an arrest warrant before taking the suspect into custody Wednesday evening. The alleged offenses occurred outside school hours, according to the reports.
