Police Arrest Hebron Resident Suspected of Indecent Acts at Tel Aviv Beach

Israel Police arrested a 20-year-old Hebron resident suspected of committing indecent acts against two minors and another young woman while they were in the water at Charles Clore Beach in Tel Aviv. Police said the report arrived Tuesday evening after people at the beach alerted authorities. Officers from Lev Tel Aviv station reached the scene, detained the suspect and found that he was in Israel without a permit. He was taken for questioning and jailed while police continued investigating the allegations.
