Jerusalem Court Convicts School Transport Driver of Sex and Drug Offenses

Jerusalem District Court convicted a school transport driver on Sunday of sexual offenses against a special-education pupil and offenses involving dangerous drugs. The conviction includes two counts of unlawful penetration, supplying a minor with a dangerous drug, drug possession and possession of equipment for using drugs. The court accepted the complainant’s testimony and rejected the defendant’s account, citing contemporaneous messages with a friend and conversations with ChatGPT as corroborating evidence. Sentencing will take place at a later hearing.
