Iranian State TV Raises Hormozgan Bridge Strike Toll to at Least Seven

Iranian state television said at least seven people were killed in U.S. airstrikes on bridges in southern Hormozgan province early Friday, raising the reported toll from earlier accounts of two dead. The strikes hit Bandar Khamir on the Strait of Hormuz as Washington expanded its campaign from military sites to transport infrastructure. Iranian officials said U.S. attacks in recent days have killed more than 35 people and wounded over 300. The escalation came as Iran launched missiles at Gulf states and continued restricting shipping through Hormuz.
