Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of a young man riding an electric scooter in a tree-lined city bike lane.

A 30-year-old electric scooter rider was moderately injured after apparently falling on Petah Tikva Street in Netanya. Magen David Adom medics and paramedics treated him at the scene before evacuating him to Beilinson Hospital. The rider suffered injuries to his head and face. The initial report did not state the time of the fall, identify the rider, describe any other vehicle or person as involved, provide further details about his condition after evacuation, or say whether police opened an investigation.
