Netanyahu Backs Argentina Ahead of World Cup Final in Message to Milei

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met Argentina's ambassador to Israel, Rabbi Shimon Axel Wahnish, at his office and wished Argentina success in Sunday's World Cup final. Wahnish relayed greetings from President Javier Milei, who called Netanyahu his friend and said the Israeli leader had always supported Argentina. Netanyahu replied that Milei was a true friend and said Israel supported both him and Argentina in many ways. Netanyahu ended the message by wishing Argentina good luck in the final, which the report said would take place the next day.
