Pedestrian, 28, Moderately Injured in Petah Tikva Collision

Magen David Adom said a 28-year-old pedestrian was moderately injured after a vehicle struck him on Yaakov Zerubavel Street in Petah Tikva on Saturday night. The emergency call reached MDA's Yarkon region center at 8:47 p.m. Paramedics and medics treated the man at the scene and evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital. MDA said he had multisystem injuries. The initial reports did not identify the driver, describe the vehicle or provide the circumstances of the collision, and they announced no police investigation or traffic restrictions.
