A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured after apparently falling while riding an electric scooter along the edge of Nahal Harod near Mesilot. Magen David Adom teams treated him and evacuated him to Emek Medical Center in Afula. The accounts described the incident as an apparent self-fall but did not say whether he was wearing a helmet, identify the precise cause, or describe any other vehicle's involvement. No police investigation, additional casualty, or later medical update was reported in the first notices.
