Iranian Delegation Set for Two-Day Islamabad Visit

Regional sources said a senior Iranian delegation is due to arrive in Islamabad on July 20 for a two-day visit. The report was first published at 7:33 p.m. Israel time on July 19 and updated at 8:07 p.m. The initial notice did not identify the delegation's members, state which Iranian body they represent, or name Pakistani officials they are expected to meet. It also did not say whether the visit concerns renewed U.S.-Iran mediation, the Islamabad memorandum, bilateral relations or the current regional fighting.
