Monday.com Cuts 620 Jobs in AI-Focused Restructuring

Israeli software company monday.com will cut about 620 jobs, roughly 20% of its global workforce, including around 350 positions in Israel. Co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman told employees the restructuring follows the company's shift from work management toward an AI-powered platform built around people and AI agents. The company said it will reduce management layers, form smaller autonomous teams and adopt a new go-to-market model, while denying that the move is a short-term cost cut or direct replacement of workers with AI. Departing employees will receive financial assistance, accelerated equity vesting, continued medical coverage and job-placement support.
