Haskel Affidavit Says MKs Had to Record Vote and Show Netanyahu

MK Sharren Haskel submitted a signed affidavit to the High Court saying members of her New Hope faction were required to record their votes in the state comptroller election and show the footage to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The ballot elected Netanyahu's longtime lawyer Michael Rabello. Likud director-general David Sharan and several Likud lawmakers filed affidavits denying that any such instruction was issued, while Haskel did not identify who demanded the recordings. The High Court had already annulled the vote after finding that filmed ballots materially violated secrecy.
