Israeli Killed After Palestinian Seizes Security Officer's Rifle Near Nablus

An Israeli was killed and three others were wounded, two seriously, Friday morning after Palestinian attackers confronted a group of Israeli hikers near the mosque in Tell village, southwest of Nablus. Reports said a security officer from Havat Gilad responded, and a Palestinian seized his rifle and opened fire around 8:20 a.m. The IDF said it was investigating, while forces recovered the rifle and cordoned Tell and entrances to Nablus. The Palestinian Health Ministry said four Palestinians were killed by IDF fire and four more wounded, three critically.
