Car Hits Berlin Pride Crowd, Killing One and Injuring Several

A vehicle drove into a crowd near Berlin's Christopher Street Day celebrations in Tiergarten at about 10 p.m. Saturday, killing one person and injuring at least 15, some seriously. Police said the driver deliberately entered the park and struck people before the vehicle was found abandoned; officers launched a search for suspects. Emergency services deployed 44 firefighters and treated the scene as a mass-casualty incident.
