A 36-year-old man was seriously wounded in a stabbing in Sderot early Sunday. He was brought to the city's Magen David Adom station with a penetrating wound, where medics stopped the bleeding and administered medication before evacuating him. The ambulance service said he was taken by intensive care ambulance to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon while sedated and ventilated. Paramedic Ariel Elbaz said the man's condition was serious but stable during transport. The initial reports did not identify the attacker, the location of the stabbing, or a suspected motive.
