Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel is prepared to broaden operations against terrorist strongholds in Judea and Samaria after Friday's deadly attack. Opening the weekly cabinet meeting, he said security forces had been instructed to enter villages, search them, seize weapons and make arrests. Netanyahu described those instructions as the government's response to terrorist activity in the area. The remarks followed expanded security operations ordered after the fatal shooting near Tell, including searches and arrests in the surrounding villages.
