Eurocontrol Restores Operations, Residual Delays Continue for Israel Flights

Eurocontrol's Brussels system returned to full operation after an earlier fault disrupted European air traffic, the Israel Airports Authority said Monday night. The authority cautioned that the disruption's knock-on effects could still cause localized delays on some departing and arriving flights to and from Israel until schedules fully normalize. It urged passengers to keep checking directly with their airlines for updated departure times and any schedule changes. The initial warning said the fault created a high probability of prolonged delays across European airspace; the later update narrowed that risk to residual, flight-specific delays.
