Factory Worker Seriously Hurt by Iron Bars in Zarzir

An industrial worker, 28, was seriously injured when iron bars struck him during work at a factory in Zarzir, Magen David Adom said. The emergency service said its Gilboa-region 101 center received the report at 3:12 p.m., and paramedics treated the man at the scene. He was evacuated to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa with a severe head injury while sedated and ventilated. The public announcement was issued shortly after 4 p.m.; no further information about the circumstances or his condition was immediately released.
