Prime Energy and Delek Israel Properties signed a binding framework agreement to assess energy-storage installations and distributed data centers at Delek fuel-station sites across Israel. Prime will conduct feasibility studies over 12 months before the companies set a binding site list and execute individual use agreements. Prime estimates about 60 complexes could support 150 megawatts of IT capacity and up to 1.5 gigawatt-hours of storage. Full storage deployment would require about NIS 900 million and could produce NIS 227 million in first full-year revenue, the company said; each project remains subject to feasibility, financing and corporate approvals.
