Cyera Signs $1 Billion Letter of Intent to Acquire Oasis Security

Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of five Israeli cybersecurity founders and executives posing together in a modern office

Israeli cybersecurity company Cyera signed a letter of intent to acquire Oasis Security in a transaction valued at about $1 billion, according to the companies and Hebrew business reports. Oasis, founded in 2022 by Danny Brickman and Amit Zimerman, builds tools that govern non-human identities, service accounts and AI-agent access. After the transaction is completed, Oasis is expected to operate as an independent unit inside Cyera while the companies combine identity controls with Cyera's data-security platform. The agreement follows Cyera's recent $600 million funding round at a $12 billion valuation, but the acquisition has not yet closed.
