Partner to Build Gush Dan Congestion-Pricing Network

Partner has been selected by Electra to design, build and operate the communications network for the Gush Dan congestion-pricing system, which is scheduled to begin operating in 2028. The network will connect toll gates to the project's central computing system using fiber-optic and cellular links. Partner will also provide monitoring, control, maintenance and server-hosting services for at least 20 years. The company estimates revenue of up to NIS 100 million over the operating period, while the wider project is intended to reduce private-car travel and encourage public transport.
