Construction Worker, About 40, Moderately Hurt in Three-Meter Fall

Magen David Adom said a construction worker fell roughly three meters while working at a building site near the Kiryat HaModiin interchange in the Negev. The emergency call reached its 101 center at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Paramedics treated the man, described as about 40, for limb injuries and evacuated him to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba in moderate condition. The first-party notice was published at 10:40 a.m. Israel time and did not identify the worker, name the project or contractor, or state what caused the fall.
