National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir confronted a female terrorist inmate during a professional prison inspection Saturday night after she complained that the food was poor, the water unclean and prisoners lacked treatment or time outside their cells. Ben Gvir replied that the food did not need to be good and that the prison was not a hotel. He said people who commit crimes against Israel and the Jewish people must bear the consequences of their actions. Ben Gvir also wore a gold noose-shaped pin promoting his proposal for the death penalty for terrorists.
