Israeli Strikes Kill Four in Gaza as Disarmament Roadmap Stalls

Palestinian health officials said Israeli strikes killed four people in separate attacks on apartments in Deir al-Balah and Gaza City. Medics said a married couple died and four people were wounded in the central Gaza strike, while two people, including a child, were killed in Gaza City. The strikes continued as a U.S.-backed 15-point roadmap remained unimplemented. Hamas said it would store its weapons only after Israel halts operations and withdraws under last year's agreement, while an Israeli official said forces would not leave their current positions without genuine Hamas disarmament.
