An Israeli official said Israel is unaware of any decision to resume full military operations against Iran and has not been asked to join new U.S. military action. The statement challenged an earlier account that American and Israeli forces were coordinating a major campaign against Iranian energy infrastructure as soon as this weekend. That report said Israeli authorities had been notified and were coordinating with Washington, while also noting that no final decision or end point had been set. The official spoke anonymously, leaving the scope and timing of any renewed Israeli role unresolved.
