UNRWA Laws Hearing Erupts as Coalition Figures Confront Petitioners

Israel's High Court heard petitions against laws passed by the Knesset to halt UNRWA activity and state contact with the agency. A courtroom dispute erupted after attorney Shuaa Masarwa Mansour, representing the petitioners, told right-wing officials to sit quietly. National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, Deputy Minister Almog Cohen and MK Tally Gotliv answered angrily, while Cohen accused the attorney of destroying families. Justice Ofer Grosskopf ordered Cohen and later Gotliv removed from the courtroom after continued disruptions.
