Central Elections Committee Opens Poll-Secretary Applications

The Central Elections Committee opened applications for polling-station secretary positions for the 26th Knesset election. The registration portal is available daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. until 5 p.m. on August 14. Applicants must be at least 21, have completed 12 years of schooling and meet political-neutrality requirements; the process includes online screening, an interview, training and a certification exam. The position pays NIS 3,000 gross, subject to an 18% special tax, covering recruitment, training, travel and election-day work.
