WJC Finds 81% of Reported Antisemitic Social-Media Posts Remained Online

The World Jewish Congress said Wednesday that 81% of 754 antisemitic social-media posts reported by Jewish communities across Europe remained accessible during a May 2026 review. Of 232 posts calling for harm to Jews, 151 were still online, including ISIS material urging attacks on synagogues and Jewish neighborhoods. Platforms removed 19.5% of formally reported content, compared with 18.2% of unreported content. TikTok removed 64%, while every other major platform removed less than 15%; only 5.2% of Israel-related antisemitism was removed.
