Netanyahu Directs IDF to Strike Gaza Drones, Operators and Launch Sites
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu directed the defense establishment and IDF to strike drones operating from Gaza, the people operating them and the sources from which they are launched. He said armed drone swarms are changing battlefields worldwide because they can be precise and difficult to detect. Netanyahu said Israel is among the countries most advanced in countering the threat, but must not pause as adversaries try to revive it in Gaza after its use in Ukraine, Lebanon and Iran. He ordered all necessary action to protect Gaza-border communities and Israeli citizens elsewhere.
