Israeli AI Security Firm Alice Raises $140 Million in Apax-Led Round

Israeli AI security company Alice announced a $140 million funding round led by Apax Digital Funds, bringing total funding to $280 million. New investors MoreTech and Phoenix Financial joined existing backers, and Apax Digital will take a board seat. The New York- and Tel Aviv-headquartered company says it is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue after its AI business grew more than 500% in two years, and that its systems protect more than 3 billion people online. Alice plans to advance its AI testing and monitoring platform, expand the Rabbit Hole research team, and scale sales to model laboratories and enterprises.
