Upwind Nears $300 Million Round at $3.8 Billion Valuation

Israeli cloud-security company Upwind Security is nearing a $300 million financing round at a $3.8 billion valuation, according to reporting based on sources familiar with the deal. Bessemer Venture Partners is expected to lead the round. The company raised $250 million at a $1.6 billion valuation at the start of 2026, and its revenue has reportedly reached $50 million to $60 million so far this year after ending 2025 below $20 million. Upwind, led by founder and CEO Amiram Shachar, did not respond to the report, and the financing has not been announced as closed.
