Netanyahu Appoints Hadar Muchtar to Lead Likud Youth Campaign

Prime Minister and Likud chairman Benjamin Netanyahu appointed Hadar Muchtar, 24, to head the youth headquarters in Likud's election campaign on Thursday. Likud said Muchtar holds a master's degree in computer science, served in IDF Unit 8200 and is an opinion leader who will contribute to the campaign. The appointment came after Netanyahu declined to shorten the party-membership qualification period she needed to contest the Likud primary. It also followed Otzma Yehudit chairman Itamar Ben Gvir's decision a day earlier not to reserve her a place on his party's Knesset list.
