An investigation says Defense Minister Israel Katz and Justice Minister Yariv Levin blocked promotions in the IDF military judiciary after a file with sensitive intelligence about two candidates for the Military Court of Appeals reached Levin. A source close to Levin said the two were viewed as “ultra-liberals” and “leftists” who did not fit. The report also alleges that MK Moshe Arbel sought to advance an associate as a candidate.
