Police and Shin Bet said they arrested Yaqoub Shibli, 19, from the northern village of Shibli during August in a joint operation by the Northern District central unit and the security agency. Investigators allege that he expressed support for ISIS, watched material issued by the terrorist organization and pledged allegiance to it. Authorities said an indictment would be filed after the investigation concluded. Police described the case as the fourth in recent days in which northern residents have been indicted for identifying with the Islamic State.
