Cye launched a globally available Center of Excellence to help private-equity firms measure and reduce cybersecurity exposure across their portfolio companies. The Herzliya-based company said the service combines expert-led agentic work with its AI-native exposure-management platform, covering pre-deal scouting, due diligence, a 90-day post-acquisition program, continuous management and exit readiness. It also provides portfolio-wide oversight through a unified reporting and system-of-record layer. Chief Executive Reuven Aronashvili said consistent measurement and reduction of cyber exposure can protect investments and improve acquisition multiples.
