Tel Aviv-based Gauzy said it will combine every 20 ordinary shares into one after the close of trading on September 10, with split-adjusted Nasdaq trading due to begin September 11 under the GAUZ symbol. The company expects outstanding shares to fall from 22,862,718 to 1,143,135 and will not issue fractional shares, rounding fractions down. Gauzy said the step is intended to raise its per-share price and help maintain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid-price requirement. Options, warrants, notes and restricted share units will be adjusted proportionally.
