Diplomat has signed a 10-year lease to relocate its Israeli headquarters from Airport City to Park Naimi near the Mesubim Interchange. The consumer-products distributor will lease about 5,000 square meters and plans to move more than 300 employees during 2028, with an option for five additional years and parking. Industry sources estimated total rent at about NIS 80 million, or roughly NIS 8 million annually and NIS 133 per square meter. Park Naimi, owned by the Naimi Group, is planned to comprise 13 business towers totaling about 350,000 square meters.
