Ondas Acquires Israeli GATE and Polish Bron in $205 Million Deal

Ondas Holdings completed the acquisition of Israel-based GATE Technologies and Poland-based Bron Technologies for $205 million, comprising $105 million in cash and $100 million in common stock, plus possible $185 million performance earnouts through 2028. Founded in 2006, GATE develops electronic safe-and-arm devices and fuzing systems used in rockets, missiles, UAVs and loitering munitions, while Bron adds Polish manufacturing and certification capacity. Ondas said GATE technology is integrated into more than 90 weapon systems and expects $65 million in 2026 revenue. U.S. engineering and production work has begun, with finished U.S.-made products expected in the first half of 2027.
