Smart Shooter Details SMASH Package for $150 Million U.S. Counter-Drone Framework

Smart Shooter detailed on Wednesday the SMASH systems and services covered by its previously awarded 36-month U.S. counter-drone framework. The Israeli company is the sole supplier of the covered hardware, software updates, training and support under the agreement with JIATF-401. The ceiling is up to $150 million, with quantities, scope and timing set by future delivery orders rather than guaranteed purchases. Rifle-mounted SMASH combines AI, computer vision and target tracking to synchronize shot release when aligned, while the operator retains the decision to engage. The package supports Domestic Shield and can integrate with external sensors and battle-management systems.
