High Lander Reaches $30 Million in Funding for U.S. Expansion

Israeli drone-software company High Lander announced that its total funding has reached $30 million, including an additional strategic investment from UAE-based EDGE Group and participation by STEP, Protego and Kinetica. The company said the financing will support expansion in the United States and other international markets, alongside development of its Vega UTM, Orion DFM and Andromeda platforms. Orion manages drone fleets, while Vega coordinates unmanned aircraft and airspace operations. High Lander says Andromeda combines data from different detection systems to help distinguish authorized flights from unidentified or unauthorized aircraft, with defense, homeland-security and dual-use applications among its targets.
