Israeli Troops Hold Deir Mimas Olive Groves as Strikes Hit Heights Near Sajed, Reports Say

Israeli strikes hit Jabal al-Rafi' and the outskirts of Sajed, in the Iqlim al-Tuffah heights of southern Lebanon, on Saturday morning, Lebanese reports said, with one correspondent counting three strikes by concussion missiles whose blasts were heard as far as the Zahrani area. The same reports said the heights hold Hezbollah weapons depots and positions. An Israeli force also advanced to the southern outskirts of Deir Mimas in the Marjayoun district and took up position in the town's olive groves, where it remained. The Deir Mimas municipality asked residents to stay out of the fields and olive groves for security reasons until September 28.
