Aluma Infrastructure Fund disclosed Monday that its wholly owned Alumenergy unit had signed an agreement to buy all shares of OPC Distributed and associated shareholder-loan rights from OPC Power Stations. The basic consideration is NIS 272 million, subject to adjustments under the agreement. The acquired business comprises 12 distributed natural-gas generation facilities with roughly 52.5 megawatts of capacity, about 3 megawatts of rooftop solar capacity, and a battery-storage development pipeline of about 195 megawatt-hours. Completion remains conditional, including approval from Israel's Competition Authority; the parties set a 180-day deadline from signing.
