Rig Security Discloses $12 Million Seed Round for AI Agent Identity Protection

Israeli cybersecurity startup Rig Security disclosed Tuesday a $12 million seed round that closed toward the end of 2025. The financing included TENELEVEN, Brightmind Partners, CrowdStrike's Falcon Fund and angel investors including Wiz cofounder Ami Luttwak. Rig says its Gatewatch product maps identities and permissions across systems, identifies AI agents and monitors their actions at endpoints so organizations can control access. The company employs about 20 people in Israel and plans to expand its teams in Israel and the United States.
