Police Refer Foreign Activist for Deportation Hearing Over Netanyahu Crosshair Shirt

Israeli police referred an unnamed foreign woman to the Population and Immigration Authority for a deportation hearing on October 14, following her arrest the previous night. Police said social-media footage recorded abroad showed her wearing a shirt depicting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with a crosshair marking. The investigation followed a confrontation near Mitzpe Yair in the Hebron Hills several days earlier. Police also said they suspected support for Addameer, which Israel designated a terrorist organization in 2021. The hearing will consider deportation and barring future entry; no final deportation decision has been made.
