Court Orders Axilion to Hold Shareholder Vote on Replacing Directors

Tel Aviv District Court ordered Axilion Smart Mobility on Wednesday to call a special shareholder meeting to vote on replacing its directors, excluding external directors, and appointing an auditor. Judge Sigal Yaakobi required a notice within two business days and a meeting seven days after its publication. She rejected the company's objections to the shareholders' request. The accelerated schedule followed overdue 2025 annual and first-half 2026 financial reports and the absence of a serving auditor since early September. Axilion said it was reviewing the decision with its lawyers and considering its next steps.
