Yad2 Data Show Housing Interest Falls Nationally but Rises in Modi’in

Yad2 figures disclosed on October 15 show that nationwide interest in apartment listings fell 4.3% in the third quarter of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025, while advertised supply declined 1.3%. The interest indicator measures browsing and contacts with listings, rather than completed sales. In Modi’in-Maccabim-Re’ut, interest rose 26.2% as advertised supply fell 4%; Ma’ale Adumim recorded a 25.8% increase in interest and a 4.7% supply decline. Beersheba moved in the opposite direction, with interest down 28% and supply up 7%. These listing indicators do not establish changes in actual transaction prices.
