Gaza Health Ministry Reports Six Dead and 43 Injured Over 48 Hours

Gaza's Health Ministry said on October 17 that six dead people and 43 injured people had reached hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the previous 48 hours. Its bulletin put the reported toll since October 11, 2025, at 1,511 dead and 5,375 injured, with 838 bodies recovered. The ministry separately added 67 deaths retrospectively after records were completed and approved; those additions were not the six newly reported hospital arrivals.
